Care Service Icons

• “Initial Visits” (the first, long telehealth visit a user has when they come to the site- they only do this once) 

• “Follow-Up Visits” (these are visits that the user has as part of a care plan. They leave their initial visit with an Rx and directive to come back in X days for a visit to checkin and refill their medication)

• “Anytime Visits” (these are visits the user can have at any time, regardless of whether they’re in a care plan. They’re a little longer than a follow up visit and meant as a reentry point for users that had an initial consult, and maybe a follow up too, but then went away for a while before coming back…or for users that just want another opportunity to talk to a clinician off of the schedule established for Follow-Ups)
